Terms & Conditions.

These terms are applicable to the users of the website and any transactions done in the stores operated by IQ Repairs or under its licence. The Domain name, and all subdomains, (hereinafter referred to as “Website” ) is owned by CeX.
Scope – Your use of this website & services in the store are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference.
If you transact on the website or in store, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the website and stores for such transactions and/or access. By mere use of the website, you shall be contracting with IQ Repairs and these Terms of Use including the policies constitute your binding obligations with IQ Repairs.
Part I of the terms apply to both Online and Store orders, whereas Part II and Part III apply to Online and Stores respectively.

At IQ Repairs

  1. Please collect your device within 14 days from the day when it was ready for collection and you were informed. If not collected we will discard the device.
  2. If you are collecting your device please make sure you check your device before leaving the premises.
  3. If you brought the device for one issue then we will resolve that only. We take no responsibility for any other issue if there is one.
  4. We request all the customers to make a backup before they bring the device for repairs. We take no responsibility in case of data loss.
  5. We do free collection within 1 mile or make exceptions for the customers who cannot travel but this also limits to 5 miles and if there are any charges we will let you know before making any collection or You may ask for the charges.
