How much will my repair cost?

It depends on the make and model, the fault and the part needed. Call or email with your device and what is wrong and we will give you a price before any work starts.

How long does a repair take?

Many common phone repairs, such as screens and batteries, can be quick when we have the part in stock. Laptop work, and anything where a part has to be ordered in, takes longer. We will give you a time when we quote.

Do I need to book?

Call or email before you come in. We can check the part you need and tell you the best time to bring your device.

Which phones and laptops do you repair?

Most popular makes of phone and laptop. Tell us the make and model and we will confirm whether we can fix it.

Will I lose my photos and files?

Most repairs, such as a new screen or battery, do not touch your data. Back up first if you can. If the fault involves software or storage, we will tell you about the risk before we start.

Is it worth repairing my device?

We will tell you plainly. If the repair costs close to a replacement, we will say so and you can decide.

Can you fix water damage?

Switch the device off, do not charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can. Water damage is unpredictable, so we will check it and tell you what is realistic.

What should I bring with me?

Bring the device. For a laptop, bring the charger too. If your device has a passcode, tell us so we can test it after the repair.

What happens if my device cannot be fixed?

We will explain what we found and what your options are. Nothing is repaired without your say-so.

Do repairs come with a guarantee?

Ask us when you get your quote and we will confirm what cover applies to your repair.
