This is a wonderful place for repairs. My ancient headphones broke and I couldn't find a place to do an onsite repair. IQ repairs had a convenient whatsapp number allowing me to communicate the request in advance, and they offered to do it the next day. They began work right away and it was completed within 30-60 mins, and the owner even went out of his way to source a part for me. All at a great price. Now my old headphones work perfectly again and the repair is very tidy. I'm super grateful for the help, thank you. Definitely visit them if you can.
Email response straight back even though it was out of hours was a bonus, friendly and courteous welcome at the shop plus options on coming back to pick up my phone or waiting 15 minutes, offered a cuppa while i waited and it didn't take that long and it looked good as new!
